Did you know? · E-Z Lube hubs are a standard feature on our trailers. All hubs require grease. Regular hubs, as equipped on most trailers, require you to disassemble each hub and repack the bearings with grease (by hand). This chore must be done every 12 months or 12,000 miles AND anytime the hubs are submerged in water. E-Z Lube hubs, on the other hand, do not require disassembly and are completely submersible.
· Our trailers are welded along all mating surfaces. Many trailers are welded together along only one or two mating surfaces (look closely during your evaluations)
· Some trailer and accessory manufactures attach critical components with nuts and bolts. With a pair of wrenches your entire rack of equipment could be removed. Worst of all, if your coupler is attached to the tongue with nuts and bolts, thieves could remove your coupler (even if it’s locked) and replace it with their own. |

Utility trailers and landscape trailers offer a wide range of uses. Even a basic utility trailer can get those large cumbersome items from point A to point B. They can haul your ATV to the trails or carry pine bark and pine straw from the store to your yard. Use them to move to a new house or take belongings to storage. A basic utility trailer has a wide range of uses. Warning, you may start getting requests to help. Just respond “Yes, this is my trailer. No, I won’t help you move”. We’ll even give you a bumper sticker.
Utility trailers are often customized with equipment racks and toolboxes. You’ve probably seen Landscape Trailers with these extra features added to organize the numerous lawn mowers, line trimmers (AKA weed eaters) and tools. These accessories are also a great way to organize auxiliary items such as motorcycle and ATV helmets, tie-down straps, and basic tools. We build these racks and will install them for you.
With all the other tasks you have the last thing you want is another maintenance to-do list. That’s why E-Z Lube hubs are standard on all our trailers. We know a trailer is a large purchase to most of us. So, it’s important to maintain it. During your evaluations, don’t forget to ask about the hubs. With E-Z Lube hubs, annual maintenance is completed easily with an inexpensive grease gun (under $15). Without E-Z Lube, annual maintenance may require you to disassemble each hub and hand pack grease into the bearings. |

Whether your trailer and cargo are for business or personal use, you worked hard to accumulate your valuables. Keep them safe! Racks and cages serve two functions: organization and anti-theft. Nuts and bolts can be easily defeated with a pair of wrenches. That’s why all our racks and cages are fully welded during assembly and installation. You can, of course, choose to have it bolted. Talk to us for the best method based on your needs. |
